Founding associate
Anne-Hortense Joulie was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1998.
She began her career as an associate at HOGAN LOVELLS, before joining CLIFFORD CHANCE as a senior associate, where she acquired solid expertise in business litigation.
She has received exceptional training, underscored by principles of excellence and professionalism, as well as responsiveness and rigor.
Prior to this, Anne-Hortense completed a double Master’s degree in law (Master’s in Business Law, Paris X Nanterre) and economics (Master’s in Management Sciences, Paris IX Dauphine), supplemented by a DEA at La Sorbonne (DEA by Professors Ghestin and Viney) and postgraduate training in Canada (LL.M in Comparative Law, McGill University, Montreal, Quebec).
Anne-Hortense has also trained as a mediator with IFOMENE (Institut Catholique de Paris).
Actively engaged in professional associations, she is a member of the associations Droit et Commerce, Droit & Procédure and the French American Bar Association.
Anne-Hortense provides training for lawyers and legal directors, and has taught procedure at the E.F.B, the Paris Bar School.
