Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2004, Hélène Lefevre specializes in civil and commercial litigation.

Hélène has acquired solid experience in advising French and foreign companies on setting up their commercial strategy, ensuring the security of their commercial contracts. She provides assistance in various capacities, both as plaintiff and defendant, before the civil and commercial courts, to resolve their disputes with their partners. Her expertise encompasses diverse areas such as unfair competition, wrongful termination, contractual and tort liability, debt recovery, direct action by subcontractors and carriers, commercial agent litigation, real estate sales litigation and legal appraisals.

She further advises clients in the pre-litigation phase (identifying risks of conflict, preventing disputes, out-of-court settlements), on a wide variety of legal issues linked to setting up commercial contracts and monitoring their performance.

She is also involved in defending the interests of a company in difficulty or its directors (debt verification procedure, liability for insufficiency of assets, nullity of the suspect period, postponement of the date of cessation of payments, claim action, etc.).

Hélène LEFEVRE holds an LLM in Competition Law from Kings College London, a DEA in Business Law from Université Panthéon Assas Paris II and a DESS in Litigation, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution from Université Panthéon Assas Paris II.
